Wow, Week 3 and already 6.55km? Is that including the warm-up/warm-down walks? Just be careful you're not going too fast and get an injury - but well done! :)

Thanks sarah469, yep it is including warm ups/downs. I'm new to this running thing so unsure if it's fast or not, but it's faster than sitting on the couch! Perhaps I'm just an incredibly fast walker 😀

It sounds very fast indeed to me! My recorded distances also included the walks; I've just looked back and I was only doing ~3.5km! Well done you - just don't cause yourself an injury if you are not used to running :)

Welcome Lillbol and well done for starting and getting to Week 3. Maybe you're very young and have run before but that does sound like a long way for so early in the programme so, as the others have said, perhaps you need to slow down a little and make sure you stretch after each run and take your rest days. We don't want you on the IC at this stage! I look forward to seeing a picture of your new shoes!

I think I have inadvertently misled everyone, so just to clarify today I ran 1km in 6.55 minutes, which is a personal best to date. Perhaps not quite so fast! Feel such a numpty ☺️

Aha. That makes sense but it's still a great pace! Well done to you.
