After not running for over a week, being away in Devon & Cornwall on tour in my classic MGBGT, what with the fantastic weather it was superb! Been foggy this morning where I live, Anyway, I got another PB on the hilly Parkrun course (which was fog free) so am improving all the time. It wasn't too slippy, but maybe I should get some trail shoes soon.....😁
