Oh dear not a brilliant start! I'd try and do the runs every other day as it gets you into the habit of it
You have to eat though or you'll have no energy for anything. If anything C25k will get you into the zone as far as exercise and healthier eating is concerned

Its very rarely that you regret going for a run, but you nearly always regret not going. You need to eat ! Good luck for next time.
I should have run today too but didn't. It's PMT week and I'm exhausted (sorry lads if that's TMI) I always struggle at this time of the month and runs are always harder and slower.
Next time, fuel up and run too. Why did u not eat? Count calories but eat good food so u can keep healthy! π
