Just ran an easy 6.12k in 40 minutes :) I know it was easy as I wasn't out of breath and my heart rate only went up to 132 I think that is impressive for a 54 year old who has only been running for a few months. I feel very confident in getting to my next goal of 10k now :) so anyone on here doubting themselves 'Just do it' :) :)

Yep that's impressive! Well done and I'm sure you will crack that 10k soon x 😊

That's great. Sounds like you had a really enjoyable run. Very impressive indeed :-)

Brilliant! I did 6k yesterday too, I just sort of kept going after my 30mins was up (I'm still using the final podcast of week 9) and weirdly it was fairly comfortable! You'll be at 10k in no time. Well done!
