That's what I ran last night set out to do 6k my long run of the week . I'm being very carefull & as I did 5.5 last week only increased by 10% so I did it it & there was 3 hills in there . I'm really pleased with my progress . Glad I went because I nearly didnt as been working all day I was shattered ! Happy running all

Now THAT is a good thing to hear. After all your injuries and your sitting at home all those weeks, you've done ever so well cracking out a 6K! Brilliant Rockette. Big pat on the back going your way.
