Wk8 run 1

Felt confident that I could have done 30mins and more. Despite the rain everything kind of came together, breathing was still good, legs still had plenty of energy.

I'm sure it won't last, my first run of the week is usually my best and I am working nights for the next few weeks and despite having a good sleep during the day it always leaves me more tired than working days.

Sounds like you're doing great. Don't worry about the next couple of runs, even if they are a bit harder you'll manage them. You know you can do the whole thing now, so just get through these 5 more runs and you'll have a smile on your face for a week :)

Graduated last June but got out of the habit of the runs, so decided to do it again a lot harder second time round.
