Well signed up for the 10k in Newcastle on 8th Nov anyone else doing it? So I can get a pic for the album π after seeing AdamB at GNR think might start collecting these photos haha x
10k Mo-Run: Well signed up for the 10k in... - Couch to 5K
10k Mo-Run
I'm doing the Leeds Mo-Run on the same day (I think) It's a great cause and a fun race to do. Good luck
If I sign up I'll let you know, I did it last year and forgot to wipe off my tash before driving home π (things are a bit hectic, I'm moving out of my home tomorrow & our purchase isn't going anywhere fast! = no thoughts of race sign ups or anything normal, I've decided I hate moving house!) I did do gung ho yesterday at Gosforth park, there wasn't much running done between the obstacles but it was great fun! Happy running x
Great π it will be great to catch up with people x the hung ho sounded fun π x good luck with the move its horrible I did it 3 years ago and not in a hurry to do it again x
Thanks π Not in a hurry to do again either and I'm only half way through the process, moving in was easy since it was my first purchase (even thouh the boiler needed replacing, I just delayed moving out of home) Hubby and I certainly aren't doing this again until we retire and get a dream home in the sticks π Even when we do move in there's just the small matter of decorating π
I was thinking of doing either the 5k or 10k. I would need to push myself to do the 10k as I haven't run that far yet. The question is do I stick to what's is comfortable or push myself?
Hi tulip do whatever you feel good with as it's about enjoyment too xx I did 5k last year and loved it but was so unfit then walked a lot of it then I found C25K and haven't looked back since xx the 5k race starts first last year one one 10k finishers was finishing just before me and my 39 min 5k haha xx
Not at yours Dawn but I'm doing the Cardiff one on the 15th of Nov! Best of luck!
