How different my rare Saturday mornings off are now. Usually Id be turning over for a second snooze but here I am getting up and ready to go do parkrun to complete week 8. Hoping to beat last weeks time then I'll have 3 weeks when I'll be working to train to beat it again. Have a lovely morning everyone
