Finally felt brave and capable of doing my First park run this morning though I'm only starting week 8. Was quite pleased with my time of 32.04 and that I didn't come last being 109 of 136. Too think not that long ago I'd have taken an hour lol!!!

'Quite pleased' with a time of 32.04 ? You should be VERY pleased with yourself, that's a great time for a week 8er. You do know you'll have to try and go faster next time ? Enjoy the rest of the programme and well done on your progress so far.

I echo henpen. Quite pleased? I'd be absolutely extatic (& probably needing medical attention) with a time like that!

Well done! Especially well done as it was your first Parkrun too!! ☺

Wow well done you, that's a great time. My first park run is this coming Saturday and I'm so nervous! My current time is 42 mins, hope I'm not last but really am more concentrating on doing it and getting around the course. Good luck for your next one :)
