GNR mini run medals

Very wet this morning but didn't stop children having fun. Fraser too wee to do it but managed to acquire a medal from somewhere. Brody was very well and ran whole way round with Jessie which was lovely to see. Been tapering so not ran for 10 days but pleased that my legs remembered what to do. Bring on GNR HM tomorrow.

I spy three future running stars here. Tell them all that they are just brilliant. I'm particularly impressed with No. 3 who managed to acquire a medal without even running - that lad definitely has a future
