up at 6am and it was freezing but soon got warmed up and completed Week 4 all set for week 5 let the fun begin GULP !!!

I suppose seeing as apprehension doesn't appear to be something that prevents you from getting up and going and doing your thing, you could just use it as fuel. Just don't go starting off too quickly, that's all. In fact to make sure of things, give yourself nice slow starts. Well done, anyway. You're very close to the big breakthrough, now.

Thank you Gary it's true apprehension doesn't stop me it makes me more determined I suppose like all of us on here we self doubt but hey we all get there and hopefully I will too xx

You can do week 5, even the 20 minute run! Just think one run at a time, keep the pace slow and breathe well and plod through it! Exciting because once it is done, you are heading towards the graduation - eek!! Julie

Thanks Julie xx just a quick question on breathing as I have asthma I find it easier to breath in and out of my mouth but I've read lots of stuff about breathing in through your nose out if your mouth, does it really matter
