I've recently started doing pilates as that always seems to be on the recommended list. Last week I started swimming again. Just because I like swimming and I get to go with my daughter and my almost 2 year old granddaughter Other than that I would just say do whatever you enjoy
How often do you go? I've recently started weights myself and I'm trying to find a good balance. I find it hard to run the day after any weights using the legs. But I want to go often enough to feel results.
I went yesterday for a program got to do a 20min walk on the treadmill increasing the gradient by 2 every 2 mins 3x20 TRX squats, 3x20 ball squats, 3x as long as i can manage plank. He said i should do this at least twice a week for 6-8 weeks then go see them again.
