My last event I used the Asics plan to train for my HM. I would like to gently start working towards a HM for next year. As much as I really enjoyed the Asics plan I found at times I would of liked to of taken it a bit slower.
So I am wondering if there is an app out there where you can input your runs yourself into a calander then mark them off just like the Asics. I like to see everything ticked off and I also like the fact I could look at my app wherever I was.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you I will look unto that one. Yesterday I found one called runningahead that is free but you can contribute for ad free. You can put in full customised training plans and it links with Garmin connect. It's not an app but a website and I had to get the laptop out to do the training plan. So far it looks pretty spot on I just have to wait until tomorrow to see if Garmin logs the run or I have to do it manually. But for a free source it is pretty complex. I have put in a full personal trading plan until 15 November, my 10km event.
