Good week so far. 12 mile hike up & around Sedburgh (North Yorks), 5k run & today a 20 + mile bike ride around the back roads of Southport. :)

That's one of the best ways to make c25k work for you once you're done. Do all the physical things that would have hurt too much to be good fun, before. Sounds like you're making good use of your fitness there.
