Well just been for my week 5 run 3 thinking can I really do this. The answer is yes Yes I can.

Woohoo and at a pace of 10.55 min mile(5.5mph) so well happy. :-)

Still pace yourself on week 6 but now you can run for 20 minutes, you can for sure run for 25, 28 and even 30! Julie

Great that you completed THAT run! Well done .😀 Hoping to do it myself in a few days time. I am worried about pace. Did you slow right down or keep at a similar place to previous shorter runs?

I used the same pace of 5.5 mph since I started :-)
