Depending on how you look at it, either it gets easier or you get stronger.
I found Wks 4 and 5 hard. You need to run really slowly! You get stronger therefore it gets easier.
I have just graduated - week 11 of 9! Week 4 was the first one I had to repeat. I found it much harder and the fear of Week 5's 20 minute run was a huge bogieman lurking on the horizon. I now believe I could have managed Week 5 straight after Week 4, but then I lacked the confidence in my own abilities to try. I have no regrets about repeating Week 4 - I was definitely the stronger for it when I then did Week 5.
Keep going - you are doing really well. Have faith that the programme works, but part of it working is also being happy in what you are doing. There is no shame in repeating any week as often as you need to feel comfortable moving on. Good luck, and enjoy the running.
Thank you so much for your lovely email. I am due to run again tomorrow. It is the last run of Week 4 and I am now starting to feel it in my legs. It's the feeling at the end of the run that makes it all worthwhile but I am dreading the 20 minute run next week!

I repeated the last run of w4, not sure if it was cos I felt I had to, or if it was the worry of w5 !!
Just go with what you feel , remember it's not a race and everyone is different. I started this over 2 months ago and I'm just about to start w7 .
