Naughty Girl in the rain

I know I've been stupid and very naughty but it was so good being out in the rain this morning I decided to stay out for an extra 15 mins and did 5K in 46 mins on W3R2, walk / run FELT AMAZING XX

Well done - I am about to set off for my first 5km ( in the rain ) 65 days ago I couldn't run for a bus, but hopefully today after following the plan I will do the full distance in about 40mins! Fingers crossed....

That's brilliant, faster then my first non stop running 5K after I'd graduated. Just take care you don't do too much. Rain running is great isn't it? We're supposed to get our first rain for month tomorrow, so looking forward to it!

I Stuck to the w3r2 plan until the end then did an extra 16 mins of walking and running I k ow I should have stuck to the plan lol
