Well done. Five times as long as you could run when you started. That's progress. And doing it twice makes 10 minutes in total (plus some) (plus quite a lot, actually). And it all adds up, too. Bring on Week 5!

I too am amazed at the progress that is posSible with this programme. I cried at the end of week 1 because I found it so hard. Last night I finished W5R2 with a smile.
