A little late to the party - Update

Thank you, everyone, for your warm welcomes and words of encouragement.

I finished my ironing and hit the beach, amid the crowds watching the Air Show ( I thought it was all over and would be back to normal by the time I got there), and I DID IT! W6R3 - 25 minutes, non-stop, with a hideous hill (upwards) at 20-minutes. That is very poor route planning indeed.

Woo-hoo! Week 6 done.

Fantastic work - particularly with that hill. Not long now till you graduate. Keep on running!
