Never thought I could ever do this but still going so once I get next run done I think I will get the confidence boost to finish the plan fingers crossed.

You have all the tools for that next run, strengthening body, raising fitness, legs that hate you a little less each time you make them work.
Youâre in week 5... look at the four weeks before... think back to the start line at W1R1... how did you feel? Back there is the achievement that should feed your confidence. Youâre doing great.
Thanks - looking back to the start I was terrified and full.of self doubt. The first 1 minute run was sheer hell and felt like I was dying. Made me realise how unfit I was and why it was more important than ever to do this.
That sounds familiar, now youâve gone up the stages of the programme and youâre so much fitter than that day. You can rise to the challenge of the next one
You can definitely do run 3 if youâve done run 2 despite the step change, Iâve just done wk5 run3 tonight, Iâm amazed & thrilled that I achieved it. This prog really works. I have not run this sort of distance since school/35 yrs +!
Youâve got this! There are lots of posts on here questioning the first 20min run - but it is totally do-able! Start out slower than usual and keep going. If you have a bit of energy towards the end you can go faster if you want... but no sooner than then. Best of luck tomorrow - Iâm sure youâll smash it đ
