and the 10 stages of C25k.

The 3 stages of sea sickness.

Stage 1 - you think that you are going to die.

Stage 2 - you want to die!

Stage 3 ( the worst stage) - you realise that you are not going to die!!

Which stage is "YOU" ??? :) - or do you identify with all of them?? :)

I'm on week 7 and definitely felt like No5 for my last run... ;-)

That was me today, w5d2! Laura said "you have already run for 8 minutes, so you can do this"! I was thinking "once was more than enough, do it again"! Satisfied I did it but physically exhausted and dreading my 20 minute run on Friday 😔!!

You'll be fine Joolie.

The feeling you get after that run is amazing. Let's us know how you get on

You can do it Joolie. It sounds like such a massive jump, but if you take it nice and slow and steady you will get through.

I met a guy who said something like that about 3 days of cerebral malaria. I think it was something like this:

Day 1 - feeling terrible

Day 2 - feeling so bad you're afraid you're going to die

Day 3 - wishing you could just die and end it all, and being afraid that you Won't die

Day 4 - coma (and what a relief)

Thanks for the link. :D It's pretty spot on. Amazing how so much can change in such a short time.
