Managed to run 10k today. Very, very slow pace but no stopping. No pulls or strains either which is a relief ! Happy chappy !

Wow so impressed! I have just started on the 5 to 10K journey and am struggling a little so anyonene that can get round however sllowly is well impressive to me. Will keep plugging on though as when I started the C25K I couldn't even do the Wk1R1 without a struggle so I know I'll get there.
