I must have telepathically read this at some point today! I did 20 minutes of w8r2 early this morning and was determined to go out again and do it properly and I have!
Strava says I broke a record for something in my park as well lol ooh 😀
well better than breaking something in the leg/arm I guess... lol ...
'I may have broken something in the park' ...a bottle? the ' spirit' of a walker.. ?
It's a loop. Aparrently I have a record for women, age 25-34 and a weight range of 55-65 kilos or something. They have quite a few categories which is confusing.
The fastest is under 4 minutes though so once I graduate I'm going to aim for that and knock that bloke off hahaha (yeah right!)
Oh, I love that! It is so applicable to where I am now - just getting back to running after injury! It has been a long hard slog and I have a way to go to get back to where I was, but I really feel that I have learned a lot along the way, Not least, how important this running thing is to me now! I have to say that when I was out of action and feeling frustrated, the tales on this forum really helped me to appreciate that we all go on our different journeys and that others had certainly been on harder ones that me.
Thank you for sharing.

Good one. The other one I like, thanks to Rignold as it was a quote on one of his playlists is "you always pass failure on the way to success". I'm always surprised who said this. It was Mickey Rooney!
