apologies for not posting but have been working more ,as you can see it has arrived and i shall be in wave 3 im running for children with cancer uk so if you in manchester give me a cheer somewhere around the mile 20 mark would be good ,ive got my 10k race in cambourne next week just for distraction as im now in my taper phase feelings at the moment not much yet a little excitement mixed with impending doom but over we are good to go

ive also been talking to another runner from cambridge on instagram who's running it and in my wave and going for the same time so i think we will meet up ,he run c/half 2 mins faster than so were not far off and we can have a chat on the way round

Blimey you're really putting in the miles moger! Fabulous stuff. All the best of luck for Manchester. With your times you'll nail it! Great cause too. Your last sentence made me laugh. "Couldn't walk ......" ha ha.
