I started c25k on Valentine's Day this year and reached w6r1, but then pulled a quad having tried a different route with a long gentle hill. But then after weeks of rest, got back into it and I did my 20 minute run whilst on holiday last week and ran around the foot of Snowdon, which was awesome with so much to look at as I ran. Then just tonight, I have been told that I am officially a runner as I completed w6r3.!!! What a blooming good feeling this is? I just feel soooo happy and can't believe that I've done it. 😄😄😄😄😄😄 Thank you Laura, I most certainly would not have done this without you and the advice from other fab peeps out there. Thank you everyone 🍻
