Sergeant Block reminded me this morning that I am dragging my heels. It's not that I have not been active. I am walking lots and in a weak moment my daughter has got me signed up for the gym. Have tried treadmill intervals but after this morning's outing in the fresh air can honestly say it is a whole lot nicer doing the work outside. So here goes to me not taking three weeks to complete what should be done in one.

well , HOWEVER long it takes to complete, you are ALWAYS doing better than those who are still on the ' couch' literally or metaphorically !!!
