What do you want to do now? A lot of people, me included, felt a bit aimless after graduating. Think about finding an event to enter, so you have a target to aim for. Maybe try the C25K+ podcasts. See about extending your distance. Find your local Parkrun (DO THIS!). Make sure you keep running regularly.

Think about your next goal...10k. Do the C25k + podcasts, parkrun...the world is your oyster...well done 😎

Congratulations - start by claiming your graduate badge. 😀

Mix it up a bit, speed, distance, races etc until you find what you like - lots of running adventures out there for you!

Congratulations.

Now you have so many choices...

- parkrun

- Train for a 10km run

- Increase your pace over 5km

- Just spend a few months going out and running 3 times per week with no objective

- Join a local running group

- Repeat C25K but with jog/run instead of walk/jog

But whatever you do, continue posting here and tell us how you're getting on. Running 3 times per week needs to become a habit, part of your routine.

I felt a bit lost after c25k. I had three aims, but didn't really know how to achieve them. Run a 5k and not have it be a "big deal", run 5k a bit faster (< 30 minutes), and extend to 10k. What I should have done was run 5k three times a week for a few weeks to achieve aim 1 first.

What I did do right was go along to parkrun. If there is one near you try it, you'll love it. Every Saturday morning at 09:00.

All of the above...............and just enjoy running for the sake of it!! Try running on beaches and cliff tops, forests and moors just for the buzz of being alive in the world.

Thanks guys I had forgotten to congratulate myself along the way 😁 I think I will continue to run 3 times a week and vary the runs to more beautiful environments.

I have done it all with no pod casts and no music just my timer so I have no idea of distance run x i may try a park run x Ty for all your support, kind words of encouragement and your endless positivity 😊 feeling proud 😁
