I've been on week 7 for about a month! I had a few crappy runs then because of that skipped 1 or 2 then run then that would be rubbish and I'd miss another.
Bit of a pointless post really. Just feeling meh!

Don't give up. You got this far, so keep going. If you need to ease in gently again, why not repeat wk 6? I am sure you can get back on track!
Don't dwell on the runs that weren't so good, Laura says often " a bad run is always better than no run" and she knows what she's talking about. Put it behind you and get out there again. If you're on W7 you can run for 25 minutes - you couldn't do that a few weeks ago, could you? Give yourself a pat on the back for what you CAN do, you're a runner, and you can do it!
Maybe you are getting over anxious. Just chill!
Run slowly and then you will have enough puff to finish the sessions. Slow is fine. If you get out of puff then the walk breaks will save your life. If you are getting out of puff go slower.
Enjoy your runs, they're meant to be fun.
Come on, you can do this! We're right there with you.
I'm out on w7 run 1 tonight. How about you give it another go and we'll post tomorrow and see how we both got on?
If you did w6 r3 then you can definitely do it and the rain will keep us cool
You can do this! You've already managed 25 minutes - and that's brilliant! Wouldn't matter if you never ran any further - but you will!
I hated Week 7. I have no idea why - it just felt like the most difficult thing ever. But I took people's advice on here - slow down! And it worked!
Get through Week 7, and Week 8 feels SOOOOOO much better!
Go on - give it another go
