Things I loved about today's run:

1. It was lovely and cool!

2. There were loads of overhanging branches which I enjoyed grabbing as I passed! The cooling showers which followed were very welcome!

4. It was uphill on the way out and downhill on the way back...always nice!

5. A lovely lady walking her dog told me "You can do it!" and I thought to myself, "Yeah, I can! Come on!!"

6. It was 6.5km. My longest run to date!

Happy running everyone!

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha! Yes you can do it, and you did, and are. Kick some ass out there

Good run int it. Like being a kid again. 6.5 k!!! Right then, make that 7k next time. Go steady, run nice and carefully and you'll nail it. Take care on the downhills, don't go mad. Keep yourself under control, you can stick your elbows out to give you better balance

Have fun!
