Couch to 5K

Week 4 Day 3

Completely thrilled that I have made the end of week 4. When I saw the podcast 2 weeks ago I thought quite negatively and didn't think I could do it. But I did and really happy. My only concern was last on this last run my calves really hurt during the run. I know I warmed up and stretched before and after run. Anybody got any advice, as week 5 next week and do not want to struggle if I can help it. Thanks in advance

Lots of warm up and stretches will help 😀 I use a foam roller too for particularly tight muscles. Squats will build strength in your legs too x
