I see that you post both on the 'Couch to 5km' forum and on the weight-loss forum. Graduation is something that we do on the C25K programme.

On C25K the objective is to run 3 times per week for 30 minutes each time. The podcast and app that we use takes us from beginner to three 30 minute runs over the course of 9 weeks. Some participants take longer than this, of course.

But, once we've done the third run of week nine, that's graduating, and the course is finished.

You'll notice that some members of this community have 'Graduate' next to their name. This 'badge' tells other members that they have completed the course.

Running for 30 minutes continuously three times (week 9 runs 1, 2 and 3). Don't worry about whether or not you've managed to run the 5K in 30 minutes. Many of us haven't by that stage (and some may not ever reach that speed). The course should really be called "Couch to 30 Minutes Running", but that doesn't have the same catchy title.
