Can please someone explain what is in the plan?

I read carefully in the website all the info about lose weight plan but i still miss the meaning of 5 a day.

Hi! 5 A Day is a national campaigns to encourage the consumption of at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day, following a recommendation by the World Health Organization.

Your post came through onto the C25K, which is a running training plan. Are you thinking of starting? If not, think about it again, it is a fab plan :-)
