Wk9 R1 - return of the water station...

With the OH still away me and the boys set up the water station again today ready for wk9 r1. As with last time there was some running, some cycling (by them), some throwing water all down me and just some general antics on the road to completion of wk9 r1. It's done and it felt good, here's to run 2 - only 2 more runs til graduation!! Wow! As promised a picture...
