This run was better then W7R3, I was not feeling pain at all. But it seems a bit slower as well, but anyway in the end of te day it is abotu distance not speed as Laura says :)

Slow is good! Slow means you complete the run with no ill-effects. Slow means you're ready for Wk8. Embrace slow... ;-)

Don't worry about speed. After you graduate there is now "stepping stone" and also stamina and speed. Three newish podcasts which are great to help you develop speed. For now just celebrate your success so far :)
