week 2 has been going well for me and had my second run today though l foung the first 90 secs a bit challenging since l was running on a steep slope...will hve the third run on saturday...chaaaaal

Hills are always a challenge, especially at the start. You'll find you manage them more easily as you get stronger but, for me at least, they are always noticeably tougher.

Sounds like you're doing really well - keep it up. And good luck for Sunday.

Hi Prim, we are roughly at the same stage. I start W3 R1 on Friday. Good luck with your next run! :-)

That certainly adds to the challenge at this early stage, so well done!

Well done I'm on exactly the same stage and have run three on Saturday too! I start off ok but begin to feel it in the middle, thankfully though I feel much better at the end.
