Redoing wk3

I completed wk3 , though did find it tough,I then took my grandson on holiday for a week. Although we were very active, ie swimming , walking climbing etc, I don't think I'm up to going into wk4 after a weeks break.

I've decided to go back and redo wk 3 and get myself back into my routine .

I think you may surprise yourself - why not give it a go? I just ran again after nearly 2 weeks off and having been on holiday in a hot country, drinking gallons of the local wine, many beers, about a pig and a half and all those wonderful Cypriot cakes. I have put on about half a stone and felt as sluggish as, well, as slug, but yesterday I had an absolutely lovely run and felt better running than I have in ages!

Sometimes a good rest just means your body is extra ready to tackle the next challenge.

What's the worst that can happen?
