Graduated! !

ompleted my last couch to 5 k today at lister park park run. Exhausted so can't believe iv come so far.

Completed the 5k in 35 min.

It's amazing going from not being able to run to running so far.

Thats amazing i bet you are so proud of yourself! I'm on week 4 where it starts to crank up a bit but was so glad when i pushed myself through it and finished. Are you going to stick to doing the week 9 a few times a week now? Hope so!

It's a great feeling running for 30 mind straight. Def worth sticking with even when the plan gets tough.

I plan to do week 9 a couple of more times and then try and progress to 10 k.

I can't imagine running 10k, but then I said that about 5...

Thanks for all your reply. So so pleased. It's just brilliant how accessible the plan is...and who knew runners were such a friendly group of people lol.

It's a new lifetime habit for sure.

I'll be sticking around this site too as the support is awesome. Hopefully, I'll be able to provide some for others too.
