Been on/off for a while but now ready to get back on the trail. Determined to be totally successful this time :)

I will do. Going to do more cycling/walking in between this time. See how it goes x

Great stuff. Never quit!

Walking is really good for weight loss I've found. TAke the dog, take someone else's dog, just get out there. Cycling, swimming, gym,home exercise, C25k, just keep moving will get your weight shifting. Eating healthily too of course
