Hello All... completed the Week 5 Run 1 today morning.. as the big 20 min run comes closer I am getting a bit concerned.. lets see how it goes.. will keep you all posted abt my progress..

I think most of us were a bit concerned about that run. By the time I'd got to week 5 my body had already surprised me with what it could achieve so I just went for it - I survived!
Well Done. That 20 mins is all in your head. Your body has been trained to handle it by that point. Focus on that goal and listen to Laura. You will be fine!
