Set off to the park this morning, nievely believing the forcast - overcast 16-18 deg. Ran in bright sunshine, 26 deg.

My first 30 minute run was at a reasonable pace, and I nearly managed 4k (3.8) which, for me, is an achievement.

2 more runs to graduation. I am amazed that I have gone from such a sedentary life to being so active in such a short time.

I know that exercise will be a 'normal' part of my life from now on.

Sounds like a great first run for your graduation week, keep up the good work, you are almost there!
