This morning I felt the need ... the need for speed!

Over the past month or so I've been trying to increase my pace a bit by doing an interval run once a week. This morning I used the speed podcast and after I'd done it once I didn't feel quite so near death as usual so I decided to repeat it. Well, it was hard but I did it - felt pretty good afterwards too. I don't think I'm ever going to be a speed freak but my pace is gradually getting better ☺

That's brilliant and I use this podcast as well, so I know how hard it is. But twice? That's hardcore!

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you are running and enjoying it. As you get fitter your pace will improve.

I love the Stepping Stones podcasts and run them all the time
