Excellent day at the RFL today. I managed to complete it in 44.58, done the first 25minutes jogging as plan and then walked/jogged the rest. Loved it!!
Just realised I didn't get any bling though. Wahhhhh

Great photo. Were they not handing out little envelopes at the end???? That's not good. 
It was a fantastic rfl. We got our bling, did it in 38:52 jogged and walked it
