Hooray ! Two weeks and no running has been hard but the rest has certainly cured my poorly calf muscle. Lots of stretching ,foam rolling and I have started doing squats . all seeming to work well ! Maybe I'll make park run this week !! I'll let you all know how it goes .!

Sometimes all it needs is a bit of a rest , but we are an impatient lot at times arent we ?
