Hi all, I have just joined ! I have just completed the first run of week 4 and am overjoyed! Running for a whole 5 minutes twice!!! I never thought I could do that! What an accomplishment! Ready for more!

I did w4r1 this morning...boy, was it a step up after the nice 3 minute runs in week 3! I struggled to keep going in the final 5 minute run but managed it - just. I know that previous weeks have felt tough at the start , but that after 3 runs I've felt able to do more. So I'm hoping that this week will feel the same...any views?
