Just had to post! Can't believe I ran for 20 mins without stopping! 5 weeks ago I could not breath after 60 seconds! I have the bug for running now and so excited for wk 6. Sorry had to share as so proud of myself!!

Well done skinny. You are dead right to be proud of yourself - W5R3 is a huge milestone.

Many people find week 6 to be much tougher than they expect so just take it easy.

Thankyou, I haven't looked at week 6 yet but I will take it easy! I'm a very slow runner and have learnt from people on here over the past few weeks to slow it right down so I'm now at a pace I'm comfortable with

Slow pace keeps the momentum going Skinny - you keep going its fab to hear. I couldn't run to the end of the street before this and now am so amazed I can plod on for an hour without stopping wow wow wow its a good place to come and share your triumphs too so look forward to your upcoming weeks x

Now you can see how much fitter you've got through your hard work you have every right to feel proud. Keep it up and you'll be at 30 mins before you know it. Keep going slow !! Well done.

dam right you should be proud, week5/3 is huge step on the road to a better and healthier life :D really well done ..

I remember that feeling so well too! It's an amazing programme and really works. Got me off my behind and now love running. Really miss it if I have to skip a session. Plus, I work really well to goals, gold stars and smiley faces - I'm such a child still.
