13k Sunday, 5k Monday! And first injury :-(

Well some time ago I posted about doing a 13k. My training plan went absolutely fine, until Easter, when I developed a cold - for the whole four day weekend. But despite that I managed to get around the Great Midland Fun Run Course last Sunday and repeated 5k of it this week with Race for Life. It was good to do, but I had to stop after 3.5 as my knee gave up. My first ever injury. It has been an eventful but worthwhile week.
