Can't sleep, too excited!

This morning I was awake with the proverbial lark, despite having a late one the night before. The reason? This morning's run was the W5R3 I've been thinking about for weeks.

Ignored the rain and laced up for 20 whole minutes of puddle-dodging, fallen tree-avoiding and duckling-spotting. And I DID IT. A full 20 minutes!!!!

Thanks to everyone reading this post, everyone who has replied to my other ramblings and posted their own inspiring adventures which I catch up on before work each morning. I wouldn't have stuck with it without all this motivation.

I'm now nearly 10 weeks into the plan as doing each week twice and down to 9st 4, which is the lowest weight I've been as a healthy adult so huge sense of achievement at the moment! Yay!
