Hi, I've just finished my first run of week 2. really proud of myself for getting through it. I'm hoping joining this community will help me stick at it.

Hi, well done. Just done W2R3, so just a bit in front of you. It's hard work but well worth it. Keep running and enjoy 😄

Hi , well done. I am due to do run 3 of week 2 tomorrow. Was really motivated at the beginning of the week but loosing it a bit just hope it returns. I feel great after I have been out and need to keep reminding myself of that.
