This was an interesting week. After the high of week 5 I ran a bit faster than I thought I could.
On run 3 towards the end I was convinced I was knackered, then when the last 60 secs came and it was suggested if I felt ok I could go a bit faster! I thought lets go! I was surprised what I had left in the tank, and more happy tears.
A bit daunting now I realise there are no more walking breaks
