Boxing day park run at Woodley which I thought would be slow after all the food eaten on Christmas day but managed a time of 27:53. Only afterwards did I realise it would be my last parkrun in the 60-64 age group as tomorrow is my birthday when I teach the milestone of 65. But hey to all us runners age is just another number. Happy running to you all for 2016
